Invest in yourself first, and in a good library of books

    By Rob | March 20, 2008

Don’t say I never said anything smart. This below is a list of books I want you to buy NOW. Many of you have gotten into a habit of hopping from site to site, collecting bits and pieces here and there. But you need to synthesize this into a trading system and create a trading/investing edge on it. When I first started I had to read 25 books per quarter. That is close to 100 books per year. That is close to 500 books for the past 5 years. (I took 3 years off :)) Never underestimate the power of reading and learning. I find that many of you have consistently asked me the same questions but never really asking why markets behave the way they do. Here I have complied some of the latest most interesting selections, go and shell out $150 for yourselves. How much do you think it costs to learn trading? Much more than that. Noone will serve you the secrets freely, you need to GO get them. After all, you spend $150 on a date in a single evening , and she ends up never calling you anyways, right? You spend $150 in stock trading commissions, some of you do that in a single hour. $150 per quarter is nothing. So do me a favor and invest in your long term success. Tonight I am pissed about all the questions I got - I just don’t have the time to answer them all. Mind you, I do care for you and want you to do well in this life. I know the market sucked yesterday and the day before, that oil, agri and gold fell through the roof. But rest assured, there will be sunshine on our doorway soon. Banking stocks are starting to approach the long-term buy levels. Love, Rob
