The most incredible spiral of gloom? Nah, just a cycle that is about to turn sideways.

How do you make money in the current markets? Good question. The answer is: you can’t. Unless you are short-term trader - the only thing you can do is sit it out, deposit in your 401k account monthly and  invest in your own professional development. While you are at it, make sure you contribute and spread out the holly messages that I have outlined for America - messages I have propagated here relentlessly: 100% green energy, radical shift in improving education in every city, on every street, in every house of America; and mandatory public transportation plans for every city. The ghost of the last administration and its criminally incompetent leadership have penetrated every pore of our society. It is up to us now, to get rid of it all and put back on the map the Land of the Free, Home of the Brave .

Those who jumped on the oil wagon in the last few weeks were clearly wrong. Those who sold the financials were wrong too. At this point, market sentiment is so negative, the only thing now that comes to mind is - as everyone sold, the bottom must be near. In the meanwhile, stick to long-term div paying stocks and growth companies, solid mutual funds and don’t forget - gold is always a preferable hedge against inflation.

So what fine thoughts are running through my head at the moment? Well, I just started a book that was sent to me through my publisher, which appears full of relevant data and excellent understand of the energy markets -  Profit from the Peak: The End of Oil and the Greatest Investment Event of the Century (Angel Series) – Brian Hicks

In addition I did more reading on the best traders Ed Seykota and Linda Raschke. Get to this store and check out some materials on how they trade: Toby Crabel, Ed Seykota or Linda Raschke’s articles. This is where they are sold the cheapest here.

…. and a little photo for my collection. This below is me, my friend Tom Osler, John Henry, Red Sox owner and our friend Arty. John shared with me how he loaded up on oil futures recently. However, I hope he was able to sell some of it, before this Tuesday. Still, it was  great times and I appreciated every moment with my friends.
